Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive APAC logistics operational excellence by implementing logistics processes, performance metrics, and compliance requirements, including OTD, cost reduction, and adherence to programs.
  • •Coordinate readiness for logistics execution by managing the transition from network planning to operations and handling business-critical escalations.
  • •Manage carrier relationships and logistics capacity planning, including strategic provider partnerships, transportation RFQs, carrier implementation, and route transitions.
  • •Monitor logistics market dynamics and mitigate logistics and supply chain risks from market fluctuations, geopolitical developments, capacity constraints, and transportation disruptions.
  • •Analyze logistics performance and transportation spending, provide regular performance updates and insights, and partner cross-functionally to drive logistics optimization and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •5-9 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, procurement, operations, or related functions.
  • •Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, transportation networks, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate logistics performance, metrics, cost drivers, and market trends and recommend improvements.
  • •Highly-versed in Customs compliance and Incoterms for international shipping.
