Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee company-owned rental properties, agricultural leases, and mining-related land management to keep assets safe and compliant.
  • •Manage equipment utilization and schedule maintenance repairs as needed.
  • •Coordinate rental home requests, repairs, and emergencies, including managing repair bids for housing/grounds equipment.
  • •Work with government agencies (USDA) and maintain EPA compliance records and reporting; manage wetland and zoning permits with consultants.
