•Lead and manage daily operations for a cash specialist team handling mortgage servicing operations.

•Ensure timely and accurate production of payoff quotes and cash transaction posting and reversals.
•Oversee rebuttal handling, escalation management, process adherence, and coach performance including feedback and development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

•3+ years of prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred overseeing teams of 12+ individuals.
