Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of multidisciplinary construction projects as administrator and in the field.
  • •Direct field personnel to complete work on schedule, within budget, and per plans/specs.
  • •Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time onsite.
  • •Promote job site safety and rectify hazards immediately; oversee site safety and environmental requirements for contractors.
  • •Own full project lifecycle including ROM input, bid evaluation, proposals/cost-saving tracking, cost/schedule/scope controls, subcontractor contract administration, permitting approvals, invoicing, and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • •8+ years of professional experience in engineering or construction management.
  • •Experience managing major construction projects with estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.

  • •Basic proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit.
