Field Reimbursement Manager

Manage an assigned territory to support reimbursement and patient services by resolving patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug and educating physician offices on payer landscape and available support services. Deliver on-site and on-demand education, conduct benefit investigation and prior authorization support, assist with claims and appeals, and maintain reporting through CRM while collaborating with internal program hub teams. Build relationships with providers and manufacturer representatives and coordinate site visits and trainings with frequent travel.
