Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage host operator partnerships to operate Airalo networks locally, owning each new market through launch and commercial operations.
  • •Run commercial negotiation with host operators, manage regulatory approval work, and coordinate technical integration for commercial launch.
  • •Build and defend market business cases with finance, then track and improve commercial performance against forecast after launch.
  • •Lead technical scoping and service management discussions with host operators, including SLA definition and ongoing service reviews.
  • •Coordinate implementation of regulatory obligations and integration with Airalo’s OSS/BSS platform; run reconciliation, analytics, escalations, and rollout readiness for new markets.

Salary: GBP 53,200 - 79,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant mobile telco industry experience in a commercial, wholesale, or business development role.
  • •Personal experience negotiating and closing at least two wholesale or MVNO agreements with host mobile network operators.
  • •Ability to build and present market business cases (subscriber lifecycle assumptions, traffic forecasting, wholesale cost modeling, margin and payback).
  • •Proven ownership of commercial performance vs forecast after launch, including contract renegotiation as volumes grow.
  • •Working knowledge of MVNO architecture and telecom concepts (e.g., core/HSS- HLR/IMS, numbering & interconnect) plus regulatory requirements for mobile services.
