Key Responsibilities

  • •Build algorithms to detect, deinterleave, and extract RF emission parameters such as PRI, pulse width, frequency, and modulation.
  • •Develop emitter classification and identification pipelines using feature-based methods and machine learning against threat libraries.
  • •Design analytics that produce a coherent, real-time electronic order of battle from detections and tracks to threat posture.
  • •Apply machine learning for modulation recognition, anomaly detection, and emitter fingerprinting to improve classification confidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •3-6 years of experience in RF/radar signal processing, ideally with exposure to ELINT, ESM, or SIGINT applications.
  • •Strong DSP fundamentals including spectral analysis, filtering, multi-rate processing, and statistical/adaptive signal processing.
  • •Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB for prototyping, with working knowledge of C/C++ for production-oriented implementation.
  • •Comfort applying machine learning to signal classification problems, with clear communication across RF hardware, software, and data science.
