Job Summary

Join a high-ownership role embedding with customers to ship real integrations on robotics hardware, integrating FLUX models into real-world systems. You’ll optimize latency and on-device performance across on-prem and hosted deployments, prototype new techniques from recent research, and drive adoption of generative AI in robotics while coordinating with research and customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customers to design and ship integrations, finetunes, and interfaces on top of BFL's models, including action/VLA models from prototype to production.
•Get models running well in the customer environment with low latency and high output quality on real robots, across on-prem and hosted deployments, including real-time and on-device/edge constraints.
•Find the highest-value use cases with customers and prototype solutions quickly.
•Identify and own opportunities to expand BFL's technologies into new domains.
•Prototype novel techniques from recent research papers in close collaboration with our research team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 120,000 - 180,000 annually
