Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the business strategy and manage/leverage customer flow to meet and exceed budget targets.
  • •Oversee structuring and execution of structured financing transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policy and external regulators.
  • •Develop new products and underlying collateral using capital, XVAs, and other relevant risk metrics; provide pricing to support client opportunities.
  • •Partner with quant teams to refine and calibrate pricing/valuation curves and booking models; ensure curves, frameworks, systems, and processes meet market best practices.
  • •Ensure compliance with risk and counterparty limits; develop risk mitigation strategies and identify new product and regional opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant markets experience in structured trading/solutions roles.
  • •Strong understanding of structuring and trading of illiquid asset financing (e.g., loans, private debt/private equity, CLOs, securitization, insurance-backed financing).
  • •Strong risk management skills, risk mitigation experience, and proven ability to deliver consistent financial performance.
  • •Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, including familiarity with pricing constructs and modeling frameworks.
