Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement quality requirements into product specifications and ensure compliance at execution locations.
  • •Run product quality audits and walks to confirm project requirements are flowed down.
  • •Establish the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, and lead the Go No Go process for fabrication start.
  • •Interface with customer site representatives and inspectors during execution, including inspection notification.
  • •Implement and control Project Quality KPIs for MRB deliveries, non-conformances, and punch lists; drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production from an accredited university/college.
  • •7 years of experience in Project Quality and/or QAQC in subsea equipment manufacturing.
  • •Advanced English skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders in different countries/regions.
  • •Knowledge of Brazilian customer quality requirements for subsea equipment fabrication (e.g., XT, manifolds, installation tooling).
  • •Experience with quality audits and strong fundamentals in product quality inspection, tests, and documentation analysis.
