Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement operations end-to-end from purchase to pay, including purchase order/contract processing and vendor payment processing support.
  • •Support complex purchases by determining appropriate contract forms and developing supplementary contract language for services agreements.
  • •Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and Global Procurement to refine and apply standard processes and terminology for contract execution.
  • •Create, negotiate, and incorporate contract amendments to accommodate scope and organizational requirement changes.
  • •Execute procurement events (RFX/eAuction) in Coupa and resolve vendor payment mismatches with AP to ensure on-time payments per PO/contract terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years’ experience in procurement operations, including purchase order/contract processing, data analysis, and vendor payment exposure.
  • •Experience with contract processing, including determining contract forms and developing supplementary contract language for services agreements.
  • •Ability to work with Legal, Finance, IT, and Global Procurement to refine and apply standard processes and terminology when executing contracts.
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with demonstrated problem solving and coordination.
  • •Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Commerce (MBA added advantage).
