Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
  • •Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals and educate customers on rental value
  • •Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and communicate new offerings
  • •Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
  • •Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
