Key Responsibilities

  • •Support construction activities on a major EPCM project site, ensuring safe, reliable operations.
  • •Review Overall QA/QC system setup, and ensure QC plans and ITPs are in place, reviewed, and agreed.
  • •Review WPS/PQR and welding performance, witness welder tests, and monitor welder continuity log compliance.
  • •Review fabrication shop and field welding quality, including NDE and PWHT activities and records.
  • •Interpret welding queries for compliance with ASME and AWS codes/specifications; review coatings specifications, qualifications, and recommend corrective actions for deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Diploma degree in a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in Field Welding QC and Coatings systems.
  • •CSWIP or AWS Certified Welding Inspector; NDE certifications preferred.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ASME and AWS Codes/Specifications.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with coordination across disciplines.
