Job Summary

Support and automate day-to-day IT infrastructure operations by collaborating with engineering teams to build scalable solutions that meet data compliance and network security standards. Maintain servers, networks, software, and hardware; monitor performance and system integrity; and implement/configure new technologies. Use Python and PowerShell for automation, apply ITIL incident/change/problem practices, and work with cloud and security tools (Azure/AWS, Azure DevOps, Varonis, Rapid7, DataDog, Elastic).
