Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate between design and supervision teams and local authorities, including reviews of design deliverables and approvals for complex designs.
  • •Maintain relationships with relevant local authorities (e.g., roads, utilities, planning) and support supervision teams in obtaining permits as required.
  • •Manage an updated archive of relevant local regulations and codes related to construction/engineering.
  • •Ensure submission readiness by clarifying authorities’ requirements and confirming document completeness prior to approval.
  • •Relay authorities’ comments and design change requests to design teams, resolve critical discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • •In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and local authorities’ regulations, codes, and guidelines.
  • •Solid knowledge of engineering design and the ability to manage design deliverables for authority approval.
  • •8+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering and Planning, including demonstrated roles in design or authorities coordination.
  • •Experience coordinating with authorities for large projects in the region (with experience within the geography preferred).
