Lead NiSource’s Supply Chain Category Management strategy for the largest spend category supporting the Gas business. Manage a category management team and drive strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and economic inclusion. Partner with procurement and economic inclusion teams, assess supply risks and continuity, set KPIs and reporting (e.g., TCO, spend, delivery), and use advanced analytics/AI to identify cost and quality improvement opportunities.
