Executive Search Senior Associate, Supply Chain Officers & Operations Officers

Drive the executive recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, partnering with Search Partners and Principals to develop position specifications, build search strategies, and research target industries and companies. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, write assessments, and present qualified candidates to clients. Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process, support client relationship management, and contribute to business development materials—all while maintaining high ethics, confidentiality, and quality across internal and client-facing tools.
