Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic partner to business and IT leaders, aligning logistics and enterprise objectives and leading organizational change and adoption.
  • •Own and lead end-to-end logistics process transformation within the SAP ERP program, including validating user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process-level data.
  • •Drive harmonization and standardization of logistics processes using SAP best practices and Global Design Models.
  • •Develop and oversee testing activities for User Acceptance (UAT), provide formal business sign-off inputs, and support testing and cutover readiness.
  • •Ensure governance and performance by proactively managing risks and dependencies, supporting incident resolution/service requests, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • •10+ years of progressive logistics transportation and warehouse operations experience for a manufacturing shipper.
  • •5+ years of project management experience.
  • •Proven experience leading SAP ERP implementation (S/4 HAHA preferred) with system integration and data management.
  • •Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, order-to-cash, and inventory management; deep understanding of SAP logistics and order management processes.
