Key Responsibilities

  • •SVX & AI Deployment Leadership: Lead hardware convergence (Bluetooth/LTE), AI integration, and act as technical liaison between Engineering, Product, and customer.
  • •Ecosystem Program Management: Manage multi-site programs unifying LMR voice, LTE data, video evidence, and AI analytics; deliver on schedule and within budget.
  • •Stakeholder Alignment: Influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure a one-ecosystem delivery.
  • •Change Management: Guide agencies through transitions to the converged SVX platform, consolidating devices and workflows.
  • •Financial & Performance Management: Oversee program budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and use PM tools to resolve issues.
