•SVX & AI Deployment Leadership: Lead hardware convergence (Bluetooth/LTE), AI integration, and act as technical liaison between Engineering, Product, and customer.
•Ecosystem Program Management: Manage multi-site programs unifying LMR voice, LTE data, video evidence, and AI analytics; deliver on schedule and within budget.
•Stakeholder Alignment: Influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product to ensure a one-ecosystem delivery.
•Change Management: Guide agencies through transitions to the converged SVX platform, consolidating devices and workflows.
•Financial & Performance Management: Oversee program budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and use PM tools to resolve issues.

•High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree, plus 4 years of Project/Program Management experience in Telecommunications, Video Security, or Public Safety Technology.
