Key Responsibilities

  • •Write, refine, accept, and prioritize stories/features by balancing investment and business value, working with business and subject matter experts.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized Agile backlog with complete user stories and acceptance criteria; review and accept technical and/or business output.
  • •Represent the business and customers across the product delivery cycle, collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute roadmaps.
  • •Translate business requirements and process needs with sponsors/stakeholders/IT; provide tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk.
  • •Execute robust testing (including user acceptance testing and production validation) and ensure business activity risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or related business operations/product line.
  • •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and project management tools.
  • •Proficient knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and analyzing business requirements to streamline processes in line with risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience gathering business requirements/process flows and use cases, writing user stories, and following the process through user story acceptance.
