Key Responsibilities

  • •Target, recruit, develop, scale, and manage strategic security-focused managed service partners across the region.
  • •Identify and maintain executive relationships, manage partner engagement end-to-end (negotiation to integration), and drive forecasting and sales support.
  • •Expand and evolve partner offerings to develop new revenue lines powered by Group-IB capabilities.
  • •Generate net-new pipeline and revenue via partner-sourced opportunities and market expansion; execute outbound cold calls/emails and campaigns.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, programs, operations, systems engineering) to deliver partner campaigns and ensure training/certification/support requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of indirect experience selling with and/or working for managed service partners (MSPs/MSSPs/outsourcers/SIs).
  • •Proven experience building and executing joint business plans with measurable success.
  • •Deep knowledge of indirect, managed sales motions (fully managed and co-managed).
  • •Experience developing and negotiating master agreements with legal and finance for sale to/through partners.
  • •Fluency in English and Croatian or Slovenian; enterprise software experience for the Security Operations domain is required.
