Key Responsibilities

•Conduct market research and competitive analysis on cybersecurity providers, emerging technologies, cyber risk trends, and insurance market developments to support Marketplace strategy.
•Support day-to-day Marketplace operations through project management and business analysis activities, including tracking deliverables, documenting requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring operational tasks are clearly defined and implemented.
•Analyze Marketplace performance, broker adoption, provider utilization, and business metrics to identify trends, measure success, and develop strategic recommendations.
•Develop executive-level insights, dashboards, presentations, and reporting that support data-driven decision making and communicate Marketplace performance.
•Evaluate new provider categories, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities based on market demand, client needs, and underwriting priorities.
