Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze value stream/business unit data to determine opportunities for improvement.
  • •Create and implement plans to turn current-state maps into future-state maps using lean techniques.
  • •Execute and coordinate continuous improvement tasks and projects within the value stream/business unit.
  • •Provide project management discipline across intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition, and closure, including Management of Change support.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives as a Lean Sigma mentor and subject matter expert, coordinating meetings and communication for owned projects and running 30-60-90 day reviews after closures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Continuous Improvement / OPEX professional.
  • •Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools in both shop floor and functional environments, including Value Stream Mapping, Process Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • •Experience with advanced project management practices and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Minitab) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • •Prefer Lean and/or Black Belt certifications (or similar industry certifications).
