Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards, including locating and moving vehicles safely on dealer lots.
  • •Verify vehicle identification (VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options) and ensure accurate documentation in inspection systems.
  • •Inspect and document exterior and interior condition and perform basic mechanical checks across powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.
  • •Engage with dealer clients to build trust, educate them on Manheim’s marketplace value, and proactively increase inspection volume.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; follow safety procedures and comply with inspection standards including the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior vehicle inspection experience required for the Senior level.
