Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead in engineering co-design the most efficient development and IVVQ strategy within the referenced engineering framework
•Ensure controlled execution and value creation in engineering that meets user needs and performance requirements
•Structure and organize the WP: WBS, OBS, planning, lot sheet, R&O
•Define the WP pilot plan (management, engineering practices, data management, configuration management, tool-enabled processes) to meet cost, schedule and quality commitments for the client
•Participate in bids and studies related to WP activities
•Set up KPIs to pilot activity and report at the program level
•Propose and promote innovative solutions to support program commitments
•Direct the execution of WP activities (financials, planning, technical trade-offs, priorities)
•Maintain strong technical coordination between disciplines (systems engineering, hardware, software, base software, platforms)
•Ensure reviews aligned with project phases and provide management input to teams throughout the development cycle

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent with electronics
•Proven experience in technico-operational management of a Workpackage (WP) with multi-million euro scope
•Experience in managing integrations of software and hardware in a program
•Strong leadership, analytical and synthesis skills, and ability to manage priorities
•Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (systems engineering, hardware, embedded software) and ensure objective-driven execution
