Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical interface to MGX and ecosystem partners, including OEMs, ODMs, and component suppliers.
  • •Drive ecosystem growth by enabling partners to develop high-performance hardware solutions based on MGX specifications.
  • •Lead technical discussions, product reviews, and ecosystem readiness assessments.
  • •Provide system-level engineering expertise across electrical, mechanical, and thermal domains and support integration of compute, networking, power delivery, cooling, and mechanical subsystems.
  • •Define and execute validation strategies and deliver technical training, workshops, and onboarding programs for ecosystem partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years in hardware platform engineering, systems engineering, ecosystem engineering, or technical partner management.
  • •Solid knowledge of server, data center, AI infrastructure, networking, storage, or high-performance computing platforms.
  • •Expertise in at least two of: electrical, mechanical, or thermal engineering (and working knowledge of all three).
  • •Strong understanding of the hardware development lifecycle through mass production, with excellent communication and partner management skills.
