•Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate lending (including letters of credit, tax credit transactions, borrowing base lending, multi-phased construction, and multi-collateral transactions).
•Demonstrated ability to close CRE loans and manage a CRE loan portfolio.
•Ability to meet requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public.
