Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface and deliver cost management services to achieve client objectives across manufacturing, laboratory, R&D, and capital projects.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting final cost plans and updates at design milestones.
  • •Coordinate with design services teams, general contractors, and stakeholders to develop cost estimates, reconcile changes, and ensure contractor data accuracy.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract variances, change control processes, and cost/contingency management with commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare written submissions and monthly cost reports for the client, support final account negotiations, and mentor/coaching talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward RICS is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
