Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and report the condition of trench safety equipment before and after usage.
  • •Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • •Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of trench boxes, trench shields, shoring systems, hydraulic shores, road plates, spreaders, and related equipment.
  • •Identify damaged or worn components and help with repairs to ensure equipment is safe and rental-ready.
  • •Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment while maintaining inventory systems and a clean, hazard-free yard and shop.

Key Requirements

  • •Safety training required and PPE required when applicable.
  • •Ability to safely work around heavy steel trench safety and shoring equipment.
  • •Mechanical aptitude to perform basic equipment inspections and repairs.

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
