Job Summary

Own and grow the end-to-end trading journey for Latin America by identifying local market opportunities and translating user research into product roadmaps. You’ll optimize the experience across app and web—from discovery and onboarding through execution and post-trade review—while balancing global platform capabilities with regional needs. Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship improvements, measure impact with metrics, and drive regional conversion, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, including payment rails, trading behaviors, regulatory nuances, and competitive gaps.
•Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to LatAm user segments and partner with regional BD, marketing, and operations to align initiatives with local growth objectives.
•Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web from discovery and onboarding to execution and post-trade review.
•Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements, balancing global platform capabilities with local needs.
•Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback to identify conversion, retention, and engagement opportunities, and measure impact using defined metrics.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience with a track record in consumer-facing products, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
•Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web, including needs of different trader personas.
•Ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
•Excellent product sense and attention to detail, with a history of shipping products users love.
•Strong analytical skills to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes using data.
