Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integration project plan for enterprise engagements, including milestone deliverables, dependencies, and implementation timeline.
  • •Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact with proactive communication, early risk surfacing, and deep understanding of client requirements.
  • •Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution so Engineering and Product don’t lose context or stall without visibility.
  • •Establish RACI and communication cadences upfront to ensure unambiguous accountability for Sardine and the client.
  • •Report on project health, including deliverable slippage with root cause, dependency risk, and capacity planning across concurrent engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including managing enterprise client implementations.
  • •Experience applying enterprise-grade governance (structured project management, RACI, milestone-based reporting) without over-engineering for smaller or faster clients.
  • •Direct experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance—ideally in a B2B SaaS selling to enterprise clients.
  • •Comfort partnering with Engineering and Product as a thought partner on technical dependencies, tradeoffs, and prioritization.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to translate technical status for enterprise project offices and executive stakeholders.
