  • •Set a flexible schedule based on how many clients you choose to see.
  • •Grow your caseload with marketing support and best practices.
  • •Run your practice using Headway’s practice management software or your own preferred tools.
  • •Provide mental health care to clients, either in-person or via telehealth while working from home.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters Level LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, or LPCC-S
  • •Valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor
