Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide credit risk leadership for portfolio segments by identifying risks/trends and conducting forensic credit analysis to address outliers and early-stage issues.
  • •Ensure sound risk management across portfolio administration, risk mitigation/fraud, and default management; identify improvements across origination and servicing.
  • •Serve as expertise/member for key credit functions and committees (e.g., Asset Quality meetings, Business Unit Risk Committees, credit working groups, risk appetite framework).
  • •Communicate expectations on quality, profitability, and growth, monitor regional execution, and act as an educational resource for credit training.
  • •Oversee credit review and problem asset monitoring; review and recommend origination/servicing/default/loss mitigation policies and monitor industry developments to enhance credit policies and procedures.
