Lead recovery efforts for non-performing loans in the UAE, managing a delegated portfolio in FRR. You will coordinate with documentation, legal and other units to implement bank-approved strategies, prepare MIS and monthly reports, and monitor settlements to minimize losses while protecting the bank’s interests. Strong English communication and analytical skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage non-performing loans by developing suitable strategies and initiate recovery efforts to achieve recovery targets while ensuring the Bank’s interests are protected in coordination with Head of Special Accounts.
•Submit settlement proposals with recommendations and comments to enhance the recovery process.
•Liaise closely with other departments such as documentation and legal, with continuous follow-up and monitoring for the purpose of managing and implementing the bank approved strategy regarding each account.
•Monitor the issuance and follow-up of all approved agreements for settlements of debt and adherence to the approved terms and conditions.
•Prepare monthly / required reports on the status of non-performing loans to provide an update on the latest developments on each account and discuss the next course of action on stale accounts.

Key Requirements

•University Degree
•Post Graduate qualifications
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Minimum 3 – 5 years banking experience, of which at least 2 years in Recovery unit / Credit Review or Corporate banking with a reputable financial institution
•Good command of English; Arabic language would be an asset.
