Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block, and full-chip integration support for HBM.
  • •Perform layout verification (LVS/DRC/Antenna), quality checks, and documentation.
  • •Deliver on-time, block-level layouts with acceptable quality across multiple projects.
  • •Plan, estimate, schedule, and execute layout work while meeting project milestones; support multiple concurrent layout projects.
  • •Guide junior team members on sub-block layout execution and review their work, and contribute to effective project management and global communication.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 15 years of experience in analog/custom IC layout design in advanced CMOS processes across technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre for DRC/LVS is required.
  • •Hands-on layout experience for critical blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, and Differential Amplifier.
  • •Strong analog layout fundamentals including matching, electro-migration, latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, and active/passive parasitics.
  • •BE or MTech in Electronic or VLSI Engineering.
