Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support trial/POC activities for Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
  • •Partner to define and implement trial goals, objectives, and success criteria.
  • •Design and configure the Motive platform to meet client needs and solve their problems.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert, consulting on product, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques.
  • •Create and deliver onsite and web-based training, using reporting and data analysis to provide actionable insights and communicate milestone updates to stakeholders.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • •Experience managing and leading a software/hardware Proof of Concept, Proof of Value, or Trial process
  • •Project management experience (PMP preferred)
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle urgent requests professionally
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
