Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team.
  • •Support implementation of maintenance processes and procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep maintenance activities running smoothly.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes, including preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • •Experience with PTH equipment (Wave Solder, Selective Solder, conformal coating/PVA, PCB cutter/router, conveyors, PCB washer) and PLC programming.
  • •Basic knowledge of PLC and excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • •Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, plus leadership/team management skills.
