Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate COE stakeholder meetings, cross-functional calendars, and governance forum execution across marketing operations and governance leadership.
  • •Organize and support the bi-weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum, including agendas, briefing materials, and documentation.
  • •Capture and maintain decisions, strategic rationale, action items, owners, and next steps; track follow-ups to completion and surface dependencies.
  • •Maintain the COE knowledge base with organized policies, decisions, recordings, AI-generated summaries, frameworks, and reference materials.
  • •Support strategic operations by conducting benchmarking and governance research, synthesizing insights, and drafting leadership-ready POV and executive summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations.
  • •Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

  • •Strong knowledge management and documentation skills, including maintaining searchable governance materials.
  • •Advanced English proficiency for executive-facing written communication and leadership-ready content.
