Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, reissue, refund, book, ticket, confirm, and rebook passenger flights, including during oversold flights and irregular operations.
  • •Perform passenger check-in, seat assignment, upgrades, boarding pass/ticket lifting, boarding, and gate announcements.
  • •Process vouchers and coordinate passenger hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation as needed.
  • •Accept, check, tag, and process baggage transactions, assist with kiosk self-service processing, and verify/clear international documents.
  • •Provide special assistance and support boarding/deplaning for non-ambulatory passengers, special assist passengers, and unaccompanied minors while following all policies and regulations.
