Key Responsibilities

•Search for and recruit UGC creators (international market, mainly USA).
•Manage the full lifecycle of creator collaborations from first contact to onboarding and ongoing partnership support.
•Brief creators, review content, provide feedback, and ensure quality of results.
•Collaborate with creative, product, and User Acquisition teams to launch and test new content formats.
•Analyze effectiveness of collaborations, identify growth points, and optimize processes.
