Job Summary

Own functional requirements and translate regulatory and business needs into solution specifications for a digital banking platform. Coordinate roadmap execution with product owners and senior stakeholders, align globally across multiple regions, and document processes and controls in Confluence/Jira. Support pre-go-live change management through SIT and UAT, take end-to-end ownership of production issues, and drive effective communication between IT and non-IT teams.

•Connect regulatory and business requirements to functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
•Create and execute roadmaps for solution development and implementation.
•Present key timelines, milestones, and status updates to senior management and support strategic discussions.
•Refine business requirements and align globally across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
•Document requirements, processes, and controls in Confluence and Jira; support SIT/UAT and manage production issues end-to-end until resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
•In-depth knowledge of KYC and the account opening process (AFC and KYC standards/regulations) in Wealth Management would be beneficial.
•Experience with Agile methodologies.
•Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to present and influence senior management stakeholders.
