Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration and equipment to support continuous production.
  • •Assist the refrigeration and maintenance supervisor with personnel and equipment needs, including assigning refrigeration technicians to equipment during process periods.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of documented mechanic work experience and/or graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
  • •1+ year of experience in ammonia refrigeration or HVAC, or equivalent certification from a technical school.
  • •Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • •Willingness to learn Tyson SAP software to create work orders and complete daily documentation.
  • •Ability to lift 70 lbs. daily and stand for up to 12 hours.
