Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, inspect, configure, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automation systems, PLCs, RTUs, SCADA-connected field devices, control panels, communication equipment, and field infrastructure.
  • •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and support commissioning, startup, shutdown, and operational readiness activities.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex automation issues involving field devices, control logic, communication networks, I/O signals, and process interfaces.
  • •Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot field instrumentation and electrical components; interpret technical drawings and documentation to support safe operations.
  • •Maintain accurate, complete, audit-ready maintenance records and documentation; comply with safety, environmental, electrical safety, regulatory, cybersecurity expectations, and company procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in automation, instrumentation, electrical maintenance, industrial controls, SCADA support, process operations, or related technical disciplines.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain automation, instrumentation, electrical, communication, or control systems in industrial operating environments.
  • •Perform calibration, testing, loop checks, functional checks, and maintenance documentation activities.
  • •Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, loop sheets, control schematics, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
  • •Experience supporting PLCs, RTUs, SCADA-connected equipment, telemetry systems, and industrial communication networks (pipeline/terminal/processing environments preferred).
