Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop deep understanding of nonprofit realities and translate insights into actionable problem statements.
  • •Build a coherent strategic narrative connecting market context, customer problems, product themes, and roadmap, sequencing work with MVPs/MLPs.
  • •Design human-in-the-loop workflows for AI features; articulate data needs, edge cases, and failure modes.
  • •Define and track product North Star and leading/lagging indicators; run post-launch reviews to guide iteration.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
