•Develop deep understanding of nonprofit realities and translate insights into actionable problem statements.

•Design human-in-the-loop workflows for AI features; articulate data needs, edge cases, and failure modes.
•Define and track product North Star and leading/lagging indicators; run post-launch reviews to guide iteration.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM to ensure adoption and measurable impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually
