Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sustainability assessments and strategic roadmaps for commercial buildings, real estate portfolios, campuses, and critical infrastructure.
  • •Define and scale agentic AI applications to autonomously monitor, analyze, recommend, and optimize building operations.
  • •Design AI-enabled solution architectures using digital twins, IoT data, and BMS/EMS and OT system integrations; create agent workflows with governance and human oversight.
  • •Engage C-level and sustainability/facility/engineering stakeholders with ROI narratives, deployment plans, and realized outcomes; facilitate executive workshops and strategy sessions.
  • •Partner with sales, product management, engineering, consulting, and services teams to deliver solutions, define KPIs/baselines, and build repeatable playbooks for intelligent building optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, energy management, or commercial building operations.
  • •Deep knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), building automation, IoT architectures, and operational technology environments.
  • •Practical experience with sustainability assessments, energy audits, carbon accounting, and building-performance optimization/decabonization programs.
  • •Familiarity with LEED, WELL, GRESB, ISO 50001, and related ESG/energy/sustainability frameworks; experience with AI/ML and agentic AI platforms is required.
