Key Responsibilities

  • •Opererà a riporto al Responsabile dell’Ufficio Organization & Processes per mantenere e sviluppare l’adeguatezza e l’efficienza organizzativa della banca.
  • •Presidiare lo sviluppo dei processi interni e del relativo impianto regolamentare e normativo.
  • •Valutare l’impatto delle norme applicabili del settore banking su processi e procedure.
  • •Contribuire alla gestione della struttura organizzativa e del dimensionamento dei processi.,
  • •Lavorare a fianco del tutor aziendale per la formazione e l’affiancamento durante lo stage.
