Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution, capture, and growth for the Fires and Effects portfolio, driving profit and loss outcomes and strategic objectives across development, integration, production, and advanced technology programs. Build capability roadmaps aligned to U.S. and international requirements, manage multidisciplinary teams and program reviews, and serve as the primary interface to customers such as U.S. Army PM STORM, DEVCOM, and OSD stakeholders. Coordinate enterprise plans and strategic transition efforts for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full profit and loss responsibility and growth for the Fires and Effects portfolio, including contractual, financial, technical, and schedule performance.
•Drive execution across development, integration, production, and advanced technology programs to meet long-term strategic objectives.
•Develop and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) goals and objectives.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams, internal/external program reviews, and program planning through customer engagement, proposal development, supplier management, and generation of work statements and authorizations.
•Serve as primary interface with multiple customers and stakeholders to influence program priorities, execution decisions, and funding strategies.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 14 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 12 years of experience.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams across functions such as Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality, or Logistics.
•Experience using financial analysis tools and project management systems, including Earned Value Management.
•Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule performance on development or production programs.
•Experience managing large/complex programs and program staffing, assignments, and resources (preferred).
