Assistant General Counsel

Serve as strategic legal counsel to senior leadership on privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance for a regulated bank. Lead regulatory interpretation, draft data processing and technology agreements, manage privacy-related disputes, and collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to align policy with operations while supporting innovation and risk mitigation. This role shapes enterprise-wide privacy posture, privacy program design, incident response, and cross-border data transfers in a fast-paced environment.
