Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and deliver the payments product roadmap by translating strategic priorities into plans, milestones, and outcomes.
  • •Perform market discovery and client research by partnering with Sales/Support and analysing internal performance and competitor trends.
  • •Define business outcomes and requirements, prioritise the product development backlog, and maximise value for timely execution across delivery teams.
  • •Contribute to end-to-end business ownership by aligning stakeholders across Sales, Group Treasury, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Legal/Compliance.
  • •Ensure legal, regulatory, governance, and payment-scheme standards are met through collaboration with Compliance, Information Security, and Payment Schemes.
