Job Summary

Lead and grow the institutional digital asset banking franchise by originating and managing deposit and lending relationships across the digital asset ecosystem. Drive adoption of the bank’s 24/7 instant settlement network (VenueX), build executive-level relationships with exchanges, custodians, market makers, stablecoin issuers, fintechs, and investors, and execute client acquisition strategies. Partner with Product, Credit, Treasury, Risk, Operations, and FCC to expand network participation, structure lending facilities, and support onboarding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Originate, manage, and expand institutional banking relationships across digital asset, fintech, and emerging payments sectors.
•Serve as senior relationship lead for key clients across deposits, payments, settlement, and lending products.
•Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to grow institutional deposits and transaction volumes, including building strategic partnerships.
•Drive adoption of the bank’s 24/7 instant settlement network (VenueX) and identify opportunities to expand participation, volume, and connectivity.
•Lead business development for bitcoin-backed and approved digital asset-secured lending, partnering with Credit/Risk to structure facilities and support underwriting, due diligence, and credit approvals.
